How to legally set up a PayPal Account in Ghana

Paypal has become one of the trusted names in online payments over the years. But for some reasons, Ghana has been banned from countries allowed to use this medium.
People have taken this opportunity to create accounts for people at huge unimaginable fees. Since I learned this freely, I also give freely. I will therefore show you how to legitimately create a PayPal Account in Ghana with your details. Just follow the steps below.
Requirements:
  • A valid email address
  • Visa/MasterCard
Step 1: Log on to the Paypal account of a surrounding country like Nigeria or Togo or any other African country.
Eg. https://www.paypal.com/tg/ for PayPal Togo and choose Individual or Business account. Select Individual account for your personal use

Step 4: Enter your MasterCard or Visa Card details into the appropriate fields. CSC/CVC is the 3 digit at the back of your card. You can also choose to skip this step for a later time if your card isn't ready or available

You will need to verify your account by signing into your email address to click on the confirmation link. So there you go.
RATIONALE: Though Ghana is not permitted to be part of PayPal, there are Ghanaians in other PayPal-allowed countries using the service. Because of this, it can be seen as you are in a different country, say Togo, using PayPal.
